So crazy easy… and as you can see I forgot to take a picture before we dove into it. Yummy. Press 2 pounds of raw grass-fed ground beef evenly into a cast iron skillet. Sprinkle with seasoning of choice – I used garlic, cumin, chili powder. Bake @ 450 for 10 min. Then add veges. I used a can of diced tomatoes, thin sliced onion and peppers, shredded cabbage and fresh from a friends garden cilantro (thanks Lindsay)!!! Bake again for 15 min (or until veges are soft). Top with chunks of avocado. Enjoy!!!
